SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING:
Most standard orders ship within 24-48 hours of payment. Custom or special orders have a lead time of 2-3 weeks depending on the item being ordered. If in the unlikely event that a standard item is not available, you will be notified within 24 hours and asked if you would like to proceed with the order or wait until the item is available.  Shipping rates are as follows*: 

0.00-25.00 = 5.00
25.01-50.00 = 7.00
50.01-100.00 = 10.00
100.01-200.00 = 20.00
200.01 + = 25.00

*Shipping prices are valid on addresses within the United States only.  International customers, please contact us for an accurate shipping estimate.

RETURNS:
Any defective item may be returned and will be exchanged, credited or repaired (at our discretion) upon proof of defect. Merchandise that is not defective may be returned if in new, unused condition for a refund of the purchase price.   Please include your name, phone number and reason for the return with all return shipments. Returns will be credited/refunded for the original price of the merchandise (excluding shipping/handling charges). Custom items are non-refundable.
